These sound pieces were listened to while viewing the grouping of three works pictured above. A shamanic drum journey was embarked upon by the artist to find the power animal for each of the three portraits within the group. The questions for the journeys were: “What is the power animal for each sitter, how is the animal transformative for the sitter, what are their collective transformations?”
